As early as I can remember in my life someone has quoted the verse from the book of Isaiah 48:22, “There will be no rest” says the Lord “for the wicked.” It’s been altered so much as to saying “No sleep for the wicked.” I’ve always thought about that. Is it because the wicked stay up all night doing horrible things? No one has given me an answer that appeases my curiosity.

If it’s in terms of being up all night, then the gifted and the wicked share the same fate. We, the gifted, are up all night perfecting our craft. We spend countless nights without even seeing our beds because of the creativity inside of us. It can be burdensome, but we love it. There is no sleep for the gifted.

Ive never heard of the guy until i started looking into events and artist around the city. i never knew other artist were into the same things/music/ and lifestyle of a number of thing as i am. but anyway so i checked out this artist named Chuck Good whos fuckin stupid talented. i believe he's 16 and from a artist standpoint im impressed with the all around production and well together placed tracks on his debut EP called "The Red Cup Chronicles"(Link is Below). I Listened to it as a fan of music and support of upcoming artist and i give it 5 Salutes. shit goes hard. i will be bangin this in the whip and i hope to recieve that same love of music in return. imma make sure we collab soon. #detroitwestside all day lol just had to throw that in there!
